Shipping is by UPS Freight, please request shipping charges before placing your order, it can be very expensive, I do not make anything off of the shipping nor packing. All the cost can be paid direct to UPS instead of me. I apologize for the cost but I can't control the pricing.

Houses are built using 1/2" cabinet grade plywood they weigh approx. 250lbs more or less assembled. Finished models have 1/4" foam-board for walls and ceilings. Color chart sent upon request. Wiring can be done on any of the models you order. Ask for pricing on Shell models. Shingles are hand cut heavy cardboard and hand painted to look like shingles.
