The Ally Morrison Manor

The Ally Morrison Manor is one of the newest in the ShrunkenTreasures Collection, Size of this house is large so you must double check your room and doorway measurements to make sure it will fit into the doors and the room once it is delivered. The perfect house for collectors, and your dolls will love it once they are living here.

Shell is outside finishing only, includes windows, doors "outside" siding, shingles, platform casters, no stairway is included in shell orders. Exterior is completely finished, but none of the Interior is done, you get a blank canvas to work with and put your touches in the completion.

Completed model includes flooring "hardwood flooring" Unless other wise stated when ordering. Kitchens are Ceramic tiles, Walls stairways, interior doors are included in the price, everything but the kitchen cabinets, bath fixtures and furniture.

Houses are built using 1/2" cabinet grade plywood they weigh approx. 250lbs more or less assembled. Finished models have 1/4" foam-board for walls and ceilings. Color chart sent upon request. Wiring can be done on any of the models you order. Ask for pricing on Shell models. Shingles are hand cut heavy cardboard and hand painted to look like shingles.

 

 

Below photo is a picture of the Ally Morrison Manor that was commissioned in July 2009. It is a little smaller than actual size due to the customer's space limitations. This commission was ordered with floors completed and stairway as a special addition to the Shell model.
