Here you will see all the Dollhouses that we have made and sold, we use the same pattern but you can change the colors to suit your taste. Payments are 50% upon placing the order and the balance due within two weeks of delivery, It takes us approx. 8 weeks to complete a completed model or 6 weeks on shell models. However there can be other delays, if it is going to take longer we will notify you in advance. This only happens when there are order before yours. Email with any questions you may have.

Return Policy: Email us if item is broken, within 24 hours of opening, all items are insured for damage up to the paid amount. We refund your payment amount up to the amount of purchase if, you are not satisfied for any reason. You must email us for the return with in 5 business days. We do not refund at anytime for buyers remorse.
