Shell is complete on the outside only (no stairways, or flooring is included in the pricing)
Completed Model is just that a totally completed house with all inside and out completed.
We do not sell plans for these dollhouses
Orders must be paid before work can start.

*Shipping can be as high as $1,200 US dollars from GA to California. and $600 US dollars from GA to New York. Each location will be given an estimate when you inquire about the order. Shipping will be required approx one week from delivery date, usually it takes 4-8 weeks from start to completion. If there are other orders in front you will be given a time for the start date and expected completion.
